Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. water
1 c. margarine
4 c. flour
5 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Dissolve yeast and sugar in water.
With pastry blender, combine flour, salt, baking powder and margarine.
Add yeast/water mixture and buttermilk and mix completely.
You can refrigerate the dough at this point and use as needed.
Take out desired amount and pat out to 1/2-inch thick.
Cut with biscuit cutter and bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 20 minutes until brown as desired.
(Will make about 4 dozen rolls.)
