Mango Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. diced mangoes
2 tsp. soda
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. walnuts, chopped
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. coconut
3/4 c. cooking oil
3 eggs
Preparation

Sift salt, flour, soda and cinnamon together.
Make well in dry ingredients.
Add eggs, oil, vanilla, sugar, nuts, coconut and mangoes; mix well.
Put into 2 well-greased 8 x 4 x 2-inch loaf pans.
Let stand 20 minutes before baking at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
