Patties Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef stew meat
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    46 oz. can V-8 juice
    4 to 5 potatoes
    2 to 3 carrots
    2 cans kernel corn
    2 cans green beans
Preparation
    Boil meat in water with garlic salt for two hours.
    Drain. Wash out pan.
    Add all other ingredients.
    Bring to a boil, then simmer for four hours.
