Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. plain flour
    1 c. sugar
    3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. oil
    3/4 c. milk
    1 egg
    1 c. (2 to 3 medium) bananas, mashed
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix and beat on medium speed 1/2 minute.
    Pour into greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 65 minutes (less if using glass pans).
