Ingredients

6 medium potatoes, quartered
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1 stick margarine
Preparation
-
Mix all spices with flour and roll potatoes in mixture.
Melt margarine in 13 x 9-inch baking dish; place potatoes in margarine. Bake at 400 \u00b0 until browned and done.
Turn over once during baking.
