Apple Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. vegetable oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. raw apples, diced in small cubes
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
1/2 c. coconut or raisins
Preparation

Place oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla in large mixer bowl; beat until combined.
Sift together flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt; add to oil mixture.
Stir in apples, nuts and coconut or raisins.
Spread batter in lightly greased 15 1/2 x 10 1/2-inch jelly roll pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes until top springs back when touched lightly.
