Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pumpkin
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 egg
Preparation
    Beat until well blended.
    Pour into pie crust and bake at 225\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
