Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1 (12 oz.) can refried beans
1 bell pepper
8 soft tortilla shells
12 oz. Cheddar cheese
6 oz. milk
2 pkg. taco seasoning
1 medium onion
1 (12 oz.) jar salsa
12 oz. Mozzarella cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Brown ground beef, remove water and grease.
Add taco seasoning, diced onion and diced pepper.
Add refried beans and salsa.
Allow to simmer 20 minutes.
