Eggless Peanut Butter Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. plus 2 tsp. water
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. Wesson oil
3/4 c. peanut butter

Preparation

Mix first 5 ingredients and add water and vanilla.
Add oil and peanut butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes in a greased loaf pan or 9 x 13-inch pan.
