Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. uncooked rice
1/4 c. diced onions
4 chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. water
1/2 stick butter or margarine
salt and pepper (as much as you like)
Preparation

Combine rice, soups, water and onions. Place in bottom of long Pyrex dish. Melt butter. Thoroughly spread over chicken. Add salt and pepper to chicken. Lay on top of rice. Bake, covered, for 30 to 50 minutes. Uncover and bake about 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until chicken is brown and tender to taste.
