Rhubarb Strawberry Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cut-up rhubarb
1 c. sugar
1 pkg. strawberry jello
1 pkg. Jiffy Cake Mix
1 c. water
2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
1 (8 oz.) Kool Whip
Preparation

Place cut up rhubarb in greased 9 inch pan.
Sprinkle sugar and strawberry
jello over the rhubarb.
Sprinkle the dry cake mix over the the jello and sugar.
Pour the water over all and dot with butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serve topped
with Kool Whip.
