Spinach Gourmet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz. each) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    2 (4 1/2 oz. each) cans button mushrooms, drained
    2 tsp. instant minced onion
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2/3 c. dairy sour cream
    2 Tbsp. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
Preparation
    Thaw spinach and drain well.
    In ungreased 1-quart casserole, mix spinach and remaining ingredients.
    Cover and bake 1 hour.
