Diabetic Barbecued Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. yellow mustard
    1 tsp. onion flakes
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. brown sugar substitute
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    Tabasco sauce to taste
    1 lb. boneless pork, sliced
Preparation
    Combine all barbecue sauce ingredients in a 10-inch skillet. Bring to boil; reduce heat to simmer.
    Add pork slices and stir to coat.
    Cover and heat 5 minutes or until heated thoroughly.
    Serve on buns for sandwiches or as an entree.
    Yield:
    4 servings. Serving size:
    4 ounces pork plus sauce without bun.
    Exchange:
    4 meat, 1 veg and 1 fat.
