Mai Tai Slush - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Dole pineapple juice
    1 pt. lemon sherbet
    2 oz. rum
    2 Tbsp. Triple Sec
    1 c. crushed ice
    lime slices (for garnish)
Preparation
    Combine pineapple juice, sherbet, rum and Triple Sec in blender.
    Add ice; blend until slushy.
    Garnish with lime slices, if desired.
    Makes 2 servings.
