Italian Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1/2 c. olive oil
 
2 anchovy fillets, finely chopped
juice of 1 lemon
1 small clove garlic, crushed
salt and pepper
Preparation
- 
                            Blend olive oil with the anchovy fillets, mashing with a fork until they are well mixed with the oil.
 
Add lemon juice and garlic; mix thoroughly.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
