Gumbo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, deboned and diced
    2 cans stewed tomatoes
    2 onions, chopped
    1 bell pepper, diced
    8 ribs celery
    2 c. cut okra
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. gumbo file
    1 Tbsp. seafood seasoning
    salt and pepper
    4 c. water
    roux (oil, flour and water)
Preparation
    Make brown roux and add 4 cups water.
    Heat until it comes to a simmer, then add vegetables, except okra and simmer.
    Add tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, chicken and seafood seasoning. Simmer 10 minutes.
    Add okra and cook on low heat until okra is tender.
    Add file, salt and pepper.
    Serve on rice.
