Chile Relleno Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (26 oz.) can whole green chilies
    1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, cut in 1 x 3-inch strips
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    5 large eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Clean chilies; rinse and dry.
    Place Monterey Jack cheese strips in chilies and place in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Beat eggs.
    Gradually add flour and beat until smooth.
    Add salt and milk; blend thoroughly.
    Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over chilies. Spread egg mixture over the top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
