Delmonico Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    6 Tbsp. flour
    3 c. milk
    1 stick Cracker Barrel sharp white cheese, shredded
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut into small cubes
    onions, cut and separated into rings
    buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Peel and boil potatoes as you would for potato salad.
    Cut into cubes and place in casserole dish.
    Add onions if desired.
