Cranberry-Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pastry for 9-inch 2-crust pie
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. flour
    3 c. sliced, pared tart apples (about 3 medium)
    2 c. cranberries
    2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Prepare pastry.
    Mix sugar and flour. Alternate layers of apples, cranberries and sugar mixture in pastry-lined pie plate, beginning and ending with apples.
    Dot with margarine.
    Cover with top crust that has slits in it.
    Seal and flute.
