Lemon Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
dash of salt and pepper
1 c. less 1 Tbsp. light cream
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 Tbsp. fresh minced parsley
Preparation

In a small saucepan, melt butter and blend in flour, salt and pepper.
Slowly blend in cream and lemon juice, stirring constantly until the mixture is thickened.
Add lemon peel and simmer for 2 minutes. Add parsley and serve over fish steaks.
