Corn Moussaka - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 lb. ground lamb or beef
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
slivered almonds
Preparation

Spread corn in a shallow 1 1/2-quart casserole or a 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish.
Brown meat and garlic in a medium skillet; drain off excess fat.
Add flour; cook and stir for 1 minute. Stir in tomato sauce, salt and cinnamon.
Pour this over corn in dish.
Bake for 15 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
