Quick Batter Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    3/4 c. milk, scalded
    3/4 c. very warm water
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    4 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    In
    large
    mixing
    bowl, dissolve yeast in warm milk and water mixture.
    Stir in sugar, oil and salt. Add flour and mix well. Spoon
    into
    greased
    muffin
    pans.
    Bake in a 425\u00b0 oven about
    15 minutes
    or
    until
    brown.
    Tops may be brushed with butter before baking if desired.
    Yield:
    12 to 18 rolls.
