Gumdrop Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. shortening
4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 lb. gumdrops
1 lb. white raisins
1 c. nuts
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 can applesauce
1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Mix together.
Bake in 250\u00b0 oven for 2 1/2 hours.
