Crab Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (6 1/2 oz. each) cans Royal red crab meat
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 tsp. finely chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp. horseradish
Preparation

Open crab meat and drain well.
Soften cream cheese with fork. Add onion and horseradish.
Fold in crab meat.
Shape into ball. Chill.
Arrange on lettuce leaf on tray.
Serve with crackers.
