Pickled Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 doz. eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. vinegar
    2 tsp. pickling spice
    1 qt. beets and juice
    1 medium onion, sliced
Preparation
    Boil eggs and peel. Put in gallon jar. Boil sugar, vinegar, spices, onions and juice about 1 minute. Pour over eggs and refrigerate 2 days before eating.
