Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 lb. ground round
    1/2 tsp. ground pepper
    3 medium zucchini (1 lb.)
    6 to 8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese (I use 8 oz.)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 to 2 c. crushed Town House cracker crumbs
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
