Hot Ground Turkey And Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 lb. ground turkey
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 1/2 c. chicken bouillon (2 or 3 cubes)
    3 Tbsp. sherry
    1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced
    1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
    salad
    rice or Chinese noodles
Preparation
    Brown onion in oil.
    Add ground turkey; brown.
    Combine sugar and cornstarch.
    Add bouillon, soy sauce, sherry and vinegar.
    Add to meat mixture, stirring until thick.
    Add water chestnuts.
    Put meat mixture on top of rice or Chinese noodles, then top with salad.
