Drunk Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

cut up fryer
4 Tbsp. butter
1/3 c. white wine
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. rosemary (dried, I use fresh if possible)
Preparation

Brown fryer in oil.
Remove from frypan and place in baking pan.
Add and melt butter to remaining oil in frypan.
Add wine, garlic, salt, pepper and rosemary.
Pour over chicken and bake 45 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
Baste occasionally.
