Dilly Lime Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can Dole crushed pineapple
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 tsp. dill weed
    1 c. cottage cheese
    salad greens
Preparation
    Drain the pineapple well, reserving all syrup.
    Add syrup to gelatin in a 2-quart saucepan. Stir in water, seasoned salt and dill weed.
    Heat mix to boiling, stirring constantly, to dissolve gelatin.
    Remove from heat.
    Chill until mix thickens to consistency of unbeaten egg white.
    Blend in cottage cheese. Fold in pineapple. Pour into 1 1/2-quart ring mold.
    Chill until firm. Unmold onto crisp salad greens to serve.
