"Amy'S" Beef Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. ground beef or beef stew, cut small
    2 carrots, diced
    1 large potato, diced
    2 ribs celery, diced
    2 large onions, diced
    2 turnips, cubed
    7 c. water
    1 pkg. beef gravy mix
    3 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. barley
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Brown meat lightly and drain.
    Add vegetables to meat with water, gravy mix, barley and seasoning.
    Pressure cook 15 minutes or simmer 45 to 50 minutes.
