Zucchini Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. zucchini, washed and sliced (do not peel)
    2 c. onions, sliced
    1/4 c. pickling salt
    2 to 2 1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1 c. vinegar
    2 green peppers, cut in small pieces (hot or sweet)
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Add zucchini and onions to the boiling liquid.
    Bring to a boil again.
    Pack in pint jars and seal at once.
