Ingredients

1 lb. dried apricots
2 c. crushed pineapple
1/2 lemon, thinly sliced
2 c. sugar
Preparation

Wash and grind dried apricots.
Add and boil until thickened and clear, crushed pineapple, lemon and sugar, stirring constantly.
Pour into hot jars; seal.
Yields 2 pints marmalade.
