Potato Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. onion
3 c. raw sliced potatoes
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 lb. sliced cheese
Preparation

Brown and drain sausage.
Mix soup, milk, onion, salt and pepper together.
In large casserole, layer potatoes and soup mixture.
Add sausage and cheese.
Repeat layer again, ending with sausage.
Dot with butter and bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Top with cheese slices last 15 minutes of cooking time.
