Crustless Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 Tbsp. flour
    8 oz. Vermont Cheddar cheese, grated
    12 oz. cottage cheese
    1 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed
    1/2 stick butter, melted
    pepper
Preparation
    Make sure to drain spinach well.
    Beat eggs; add rest of ingredients.
    Pour into pie plate.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
