Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. granulated sugar
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. carrots (finely grated)
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Cream sugar and oil.
    Add eggs one at a time.
    Add carrots and dry ingredients and mix well.
    Pour batter into a greased and floured pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Frost with cream cheese frosting.
