Shrimp Salad Ono Nui - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. shrimp, cooked and cleaned
    2 c. pineapple chunks, drained
    1/2 sliced celery
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. syrup from pineapple
    2 tsp. vinegar
    1/4 tsp. powdered ginger
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Cut shrimp in bite-size pieces, halves or thirds.
    Toss with pineapple chunks and celery into a bowl.
