Dill Casserole Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1 c. creamed cottage cheese, heated to lukewarm
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
1 Tbsp. butter
2 tsp. dill seed
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. soda
1 egg
2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation

Soften yeast in water. Combine cottage cheese, sugar, onion, butter, dill seed, salt, soda, egg and yeast mixture. Add flour to form a stiff dough. Beat well after each addition. Cover. Let rise in warm place until light and doubled in size. Stir down (or punch down). Turn into a well-greased 2-quart casserole dish. Let rise again until light. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes or until brown. Brush with melted butter while hot.
