German Pinwheels(Open Faced Sandwiches) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 eggs
    1 c. chopped onions
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    4 slices rye bread with caraway seed, soaked in 1/2 c. milk, then squeezed dry
    2 tsp. black pepper
    1 1/2 c. canned sauerkraut, rinsed, drained and squeezed dry
    3/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    mustard
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Lightly oil a baking sheet.
    Mix meat, eggs, onions, parsley, bread and pepper.
    Place meat mixture on a sheet of plastic wrap and flatten evenly with a wet spatula to a rectangle (10 x 15-inch).
