Spinach Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bread dough (fresh or frozen)
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. fresh spinach, remove stems and tear into small pieces
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/4 c. grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
    2 cloves chopped garlic
    salt and pepper
    oil
    1 egg
Preparation
    Roll out dough in a large circle.
    Place spinach over dough. Sprinkle both cheeses, garlic, salt and pepper over spinach. Drizzle oil over spinach.
    Roll like a jelly roll.
    Fold ends under.
    Brush dough with beaten egg.
    Place on a greased cookie sheet.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
    Filling can also be sliced pepperoni and Mozzarella cheese.
