Zucchini - Hungarian Style - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (6-inch) zucchini
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. finely chopped dill leaves
5 Tbsp. bacon fat or margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
1 small diced onion
1/2 pt. sour cream
Preparation

Peel and grate zucchini.
Cook for 10 minutes the zucchini, water, vinegar, salt, paprika and dill leaves.
In another pan, brown the onion and flour mixture in the bacon fat or margarine. Mix small amounts of zucchini mixture into the browned mixture until all is combined and smooth.
Cool mixture a bit, then add the sour cream.
