Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. water
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
3 oz. strawberry jello
1 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. lemon juice
3 c. whole strawberries
1 (9-inch) pie shell, baked
Preparation

Combine sugar, water, cornstarch and salt in saucepan.
Cook until clear, stirring constantly.
Add jello, butter and lemon juice.
Let stand in refrigerator until cool and thick.
Add berries and pour into baked pie shell.
Top with whipped cream, a delicious summer dessert.
