Scalloped Potatoes(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. milk
    3 1/2 to 4 c. potatoes
    2 Tbsp. onion
Preparation
    Place butter in 1 quart measuring cup.
    Microwave on High 1/2 minute.
    Blend flour and seasonings.
    Gradually add milk. Microwave on High 8 to 10 minutes, stirring every 3 minutes. Layer half of potatoes, onion and sauce in greased 2 quart casserole; repeat layers and cover.
    Microwave at High 17 to 19 minutes.
    Stir after 10.
    Remove and let stand 5 minutes.
