Cranberry Relish Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry flavored gelatin
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. hot water
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. ground fresh cranberries
1 c. chopped celery
1 small orange (peel left on; approximately 1/2 c.)
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Drain pineapple.
Reserve syrup.
Add enough water to pineapple juice to make 1/2 cup liquid.
Dissolve gelatin and sugar in hot water.
Add syrup and lemon juice.
Chill.
When partially set, add pineapple and remaining ingredients.
Pour into a 5-cup ring mold.
Chill overnight.
