Potato Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 small potato, cooked, drained and mashed
confectioners sugar
vanilla
peanut butter

Preparation

Add confectioners sugar to mashed potato until stiff and add vanilla.
Roll on waxed paper and spread with peanut butter.
Roll up and slice thin.
