Beef Stew(Serves 6 To 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cubed beef
    3 or 4 onions
    1 pkg. onion gravy mix
    1 c. sherry or water
    3 or 4 potatoes
    1 bunch carrots
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can celery soup
Preparation
    Cut vegetables in large pieces. Layer ingredients in large Dutch oven or Pyrex dish. Combine soups, gravy mix and sherry or water. Pour mixture over meat and vegetables. Cover and cook at 300\u00b0 for approximately 3 1/2 to 4 hours.
