Chicken Kiev - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, boned and pounded flat
    1 stick margarine, softened
    salt and pepper to taste
    parsley flakes or fresh parsley
Preparation
    Blend seasonings into margarine and form four equal sticks; chill.
    Wrap chicken around seasoned margarine sticks, covering completely.
    Coat with flour or Shake 'N Bake.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Yields 4 servings.
