Sour Cream Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg, unbeaten
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. diced apples
deep dish pie shell

Preparation

Sift together flour, salt and sugar.
Add egg, sour cream, vanilla and nutmeg.
Beat to smooth, thin batter.
Stir in apples. Pour into pie shell.
