Pot Roast Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1/3 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. catsup
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 potatoes
    3 carrots
    1 onion
    2 tsp. parsley flakes
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Peel potatoes, carrots and onion and slice 1/4-inch thick. Mix parsley flakes, salt and pepper.
    Place vegetables around meat loaf and sprinkle with salt mixture.
    Cover tightly with foil. Bake in 375\u00b0
    oven for 1 hour.
    Uncover and bake 10 minutes more to brown.
