Blueberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9-inch pie shell, baked
4 c. blueberries
2/3 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/8 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. water
1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Combine sugar, cornstarch, salt, lemon juice and water with 1 cup blueberries.
Cook and stir constantly until thickened. Remove from heat and add butter and remaining blueberries.
Cool. Pour into baked pie shell and chill.
Serve plain or with whipped cream.
