Chinese Noodle Skillet - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. dry Chinese noodles
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables (broccoli, carrots and water chestnuts)
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
3 Tbsp. dry sherry
2 c. (8 oz.) cooked ham, cut in strips
2 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation

Cook noodles according to directions; drain well.
Return to pan and toss with a little butter and sauteed garlic.
Cover. Thaw vegetables under warm water.
